Delete my data
Request deletion of your data for the Sharp application. Please include the Sharp account email if different.
What we will delete
When your deletion request is verified, we will delete:
- Account and identification data (email, internal user ID).
- Conversations/messages you sent to the AI in Sharp.
- Technical and usage logs linked to your account.
- Purchase metadata related to your account (no card data).
- Linked integrations specific to your account (if any).
Note: certain records may be retained where legally required (e.g., billing), and backups are purged on a rolling schedule.
