We're looking for a Founding App Lead to own and drive the development of Sharp, our flagship product. You'll work directly with the founders and have full ownership over the entire app codebase.

What you'll do

  • Own the entire app codebase (React Native)
  • Set technical direction and architecture
  • Ship features fast while maintaining code quality
  • Be involved in the entire product lifecycle

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of mobile development experience
  • Strong product sense and ability to translate ideas into polished features
  • Experience building and shipping consumer apps
  • Proficiency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)

  • 3+ years of backend development experience
  • Strong understanding of Python, SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Interest in dialogue systems and tutoring applications
  • Proficiency with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)
